Tan Xuguang, Chairman and President of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, Chairman of Weichai Power and Chairman of SINOTRUK, presided over the Global Power Chain Entrepreneurs Round Table Meeting held in Haikou, Hainan on the afternoon of December 10.
