Shandong Heavy Industry Group and China Logistics Group Signed Strategic Partnership Agreement

On April 15, Shandong Heavy Industry Group and China Logistics Group signed a strategic partnership agreement in Jinan. Liu Jingzhen, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Logistics, and Man Shengang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, held discussions and witnessed the signing ceremony. Liang Weihua, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of China Logistics, and Wang Zhijian, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, attended the event. Li Xiangyang, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of China Logistics, and Ma Changhai, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shandong Heavy Industry, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies. According to the agreement, the two parties will deepen strategic cooperation in key areas including logistics equipment, logistics services, logistics infrastructure and the digital and intelligent transformation of logistics, working together to advance toward becoming world-class enterprises.

Liu Jingzhen provided an overview of China Logistics' core business operations and strategic plans. He stated that Shandong Heavy Industry Group, as a globally recognized equipment manufacturing group, holds a leading position in commercial vehicles, industrial forklifts, power generation equipment and automated warehousing systems. Liu emphasized that China Logistics, as the 'national team' for integrated logistics, remains committed to supporting national strategies and reducing logistics costs. He expressed hope to deepen cooperation with Shandong Heavy Industry Group, building on their solid partnership, by focusing on integrated supply chain services, logistics equipment and intelligent warehousing. The goal is to broaden and deepen business collaboration, promote resource sharing, leverage complementary strengths, enhance the efficiency of logistics resource allocation, and create a benchmark for the integrated development of modern logistics and advanced manufacturing.

Man Shengang extended a warm welcome to the delegation from China Logistics. He stated that despite the increasingly complex and volatile global environment this year, Shandong Heavy Industry Group has continued to maintain a positive and upward development trend. He noted that China Logistics is committed to building a globally competitive, world-class integrated logistics enterprise, while Shandong Heavy Industry Group is dedicated to becoming a world-class multinational high-end equipment manufacturer.
